Please note that in some cases there could be up to a 24-48 hour response time (especially over weekends). This period is given to cover ourselves in the case that the support team needs to check in with the developers before answering your query. Rest assured, our response time is typically much quicker than this and we always try to get back to you as soon as humanly possible!

Our head office is based in Brisbane, Australia and most of our team work on the AEST timezone (+10 GMT).
