• The countdown doesn’t begin on the date you issue credit. Instead, it runs from each customer’s most recent store credit activity.
• If you set a 30-day period, the customer’s remaining balance expires after 30 days without a new store credit entry. Adding credit or spending part of the balance resets the countdown. Once the full period passes, the remaining balance expires during the daily check.
• Set a 30-day store credit inactivity window directly from the Store Credits settings (click to zoom)
• This means the setting works as an inactivity window rather than a separate use-by date for each credit entry. Any remaining balance stays available as long as store credit activity continues within the window.
• 💡 GOOD TO KNOW: Advanced Coupons checks for expired balances once a day. Existing stores that already have an expiry value saved will keep Year(s) as the unit after updating. Before setting an expiry period, check any local rules that apply and make the policy clear to customers.
• A shorter inactivity window can give customers a clearer reason to return and use their balance. Choose a period that fits how often people typically shop with you, and make sure your expiry policy is communicated clearly so customers know what to expect.

• More Store Credit Controls In Advanced Coupons Premium
• The next two updates are available with Advanced Coupons Premium. One prevents shoppers from starting a new store credit redemption after a coupon is applied, while the other gives you a clearer way to review and apply balance changes across multiple customers.
• Hiding store credit when a coupon is applied
• This setting helps prevent shoppers from redeeming store credit after a coupon has already been applied, without turning off store credit across your store.
• Head to Coupons > Settings > Store Credits and enable “Hide store credits when a coupon is applied.” Once it’s on, the store credit redemption field disappears from the cart and checkout whenever an active coupon is applied.

• Here are a few details worth knowing:
• The field is hidden and new redemptions are blocked while a coupon is applied.
• If store credit was already applied before the coupon, it remains on the order. The setting does not remove the existing redemption.

Ga naar Coupons > Instellingen > Winkelkredieten en schakel “Winkelkredieten verbergen wanneer een coupon wordt toegepast.” in. Zodra het is ingeschakeld, verdwijnt het veld voor winkelkredietinwisseling uit de winkelwagen en de kassa wanneer een actieve coupon wordt toegepast.

Hier zijn enkele details die de moeite waard zijn om te weten:

Voor grotere saldoveranderingen begeleidt Advanced Coupons Premium u nu door een proces van drie stappen onder Coupons > Beheer Tegoeden > Bulk Aanpassen.

De drie stappen zijn Gebruikers vinden, Configureren en Beoordelen & uitvoeren. Dit is wat er in elke stap gebeurt.

Naast de standaard Aanpassen bewerking zijn er twee destructieve opties apart gegroepeerd: Reset naar Nul, die de saldi van overeenkomende klanten op nul zet maar de logboekgeschiedenis behoudt, en Alles Verwijderen, die zowel de saldi als hun tegoedgeschiedenis permanent verwijdert. Geen van beide opties heeft een automatische ongedaanmaking, en Alles Verwijderen vereist dat u DELETE typt voordat u verder kunt gaan.

Het begeleide proces geeft u de kans om de gematchte klanten en de verwachte wijzigingen te bevestigen voordat er iets wordt toegepast. Dat is vooral handig als u een grote groep bijwerkt of meerdere saldi tegelijk corrigeert.
