How To Send Store Credit Email Reminders

On Advanced Coupons – Premium Version 3.5.5  and above, we introduced a feature that allows store owners to send email reminders to customers that they still have available store credits.

The setting can be found in Coupons > Settings > Store Credits.

Here you can set when and what time the email reminder will be sent to the customer. By default, the reminder emails are enabled and are set to send emails every 30 days once a user is inactive.

By inactive, it means that the user has not placed any order in the last ___(set) days. In this case, it would be 30 days.

You can disable this function by going to Woocommerce > Settings > Emails from there look for the Advanced Coupons – Store Credits Reminder and click the manage button.

Once managing the email template, untick the Enable this email option to disable the store credit reminder feature or keep it enabled and customize.

On the customer’s end they’ll receive an email that looks something like this in their inbox:

Depending on your theme or how the emails have been set up it may look slightly different. If you have questions, reach out via our form here: Submit Support Ticket – Advanced Coupons (advancedcouponsplugin.com)
