How To Give A Coupon Discount For Customer’s First Order

One of the most common strategy to boost your sales is to let your customer try your products. It’ll allow them to get to know the quality of your product or service. One of the way to do that is to incentivize their first order via a coupon.

First, you’ll need to set the Discount Type and Amount for this coupon.

Set Discount Type and Coupon Amount

Our Advanced Coupon for WooCommerce has a Cart Condition feature that could help you target specificaly the customer that has not made any purchase on your store yet. The Total Customer Spend cart condition will let you check how much they’ve spent on your store.

Total Spend Set at 0

For this First Order, you’ll need to set the Total Spend at 0. This means that the customer hasn’t made any purchases yet. Days Offset is set at 0 as well to check the total spend of the customer since they created their account.

You can further adjust this coupon with our other cart conditions as well. For example, you may want to limit the coupon for a certain role or with a purchase of a certain subtotal in the cart.
