If you have set multiple coupons on your store, you would want to prevent certain coupons to be used together.
On the coupon creation page, please navigate to Usage Restriction then enable the “Individual Use Only” option. This will prevent the customer to use this coupon with other coupons on their order.
If the customer is trying to apply another coupon after applying an “Individual Use Only” enabled coupon, they’ll get the following error notice:
