Advanced Gift Cards +
MemberPress
MemberPress can hide product attribute dropdowns on custom product types it doesn't recognize. Advanced Gift Cards, part of the Advanced Coupons suite, patches this so your variable gift card products stay fully purchasable and complete.
Gift card products stay purchasable
MemberPress hides product attributes whenever it detects a product it considers not purchasable, which variable gift cards can trigger since their price lives on variations rather than the parent product. Advanced Gift Cards corrects this specifically for MemberPress, so your gift card variations and attribute dropdowns keep working.
- Attribute dropdowns: Variation attribute selectors stay visible instead of being stripped out.
- Genuine restrictions preserved: The fix only overrides purchasability when MemberPress is active and the product genuinely exists, so real membership restrictions still apply elsewhere.
- No setup required: The compatibility fix runs automatically once both plugins are active.
