The recipient of the gift card will receive an email that includes the redemption code. They can use it to redeem the gift card as store credits via the gift card redemption form that is available on the My Account page and Checkout page.
You will find a new tab on the My Account page called Store Credits. It will show the store credits balance and the gift card redemption form.
The customer just needs to enter the redemption code and they will earn the store credits then use them to buy products.
There is also a new section at the bottom of the order review table on the Checkout page. It should be collapsed by default and will be shown when a customer clicks the “Redeem a gift card?” text.
