How To Remove An Activated Site From Your License

Sometimes you may need to switch, change, or deactivate an activated site or domain on your Advanced Coupons license. Whether you’re changing websites, migrating to a new domain, or simply need to free up a license activation, here’s how to do it:

Step‑by‑Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Advanced Coupons account.
  2. Navigate to the Licenses tab (this shows all your activated sites/domains).
  3. Identify the site or domain you want to remove (for instance, when you’re switching website domain).
  4. Click Remove next to the listing.
  5. Once removed, that site is now deactivated, and the license slot is freed.
  6. If you’re changing website, proceed to activate the license on the new site:
    • Go to your WordPress dashboard on the new website.
    • Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced Coupons → License.
    • Enter your license key and click Activate.

Why You Might Do This

  • Switching websites: Moving from a development or staging site to a live domain.
  • Changing domains: Updating branding or restructuring, so you need to free your license to use it on the new domain.
  • Site cleanup: Removing decommissioned or test domains from your license list.
