SiteGround’s Speed Optimizer bundles and rewrites your site’s JavaScript to speed up page loads. That’s great for most files, but it can mangle the scripts Advanced Coupons uses to apply discounts on the cart and checkout. Exclude our files, and you keep the speed without breaking your coupons.

  • Minify JavaScript: our files ship pre-optimised, so there's no speed cost to excluding them.

Which files to exclude

In Speed Optimizer, go to Frontend > Javascript/CSS and open the exclusion list. Exclude every file that’s related to Advanced Coupons, Loyalty Program, or Advanced Gift Cards

No. Advanced Coupons works fully on its own. This page only matters if you’re already running SiteGround Speed Optimizer its JavaScript optimization can interfere with coupon scripts, and a few exclusions fix it.

You need to set it up. Advanced Coupons makes its files appear in Speed Optimizer’s exclusion list automatically, but you still have to select them and save. Nothing is excluded by default.
