How To Fix The URL Coupon Not Applying For The Non-logged-in User?

After clicking the URL Coupon, it should redirect you to the cart page by default or the URL you’ve set in the coupon then apply the coupon automatically. If the coupon doesn’t get applied automatically for non-logged-in user, this might be because the URL is cached by your caching plugin or your hosting provider.

Please kindly exclude any links with /coupon/ on your caching plugin caching rule or ask your hosting provider to do so. This will allow the non-logged in to use the Coupon URL as well.
